We use machines from such well-known names as TRI-TOOL, D.L. RICCI, CLIMAX and WACHS.

PSI is capable of reface flange surfaces from ¾” I.D to “43” O.D. flanges. Our I.D. and O.D. mounting machines are versatile, rugged and very maneuverable. Small, welded flanges, and tight spaces are no problem with our Tri-Tool 204B, and the Climax FF5000 is just the pick for 4” to 18” flanges. |

For welded valves or specialty applications that a smaller OD mount machine is needed, our Climax FF 1000 is perfect for flanges from ¾” 300# to 6” 150#.
Fin fan plug surface repair is a snap with our Tri-Tool 202TS. Light yet efficient, the 202TS makes short work out of reconditioning those fin fan plug sealing surfaces.
We have 3 sizes of D.L. Ricci O.D. mount machines, in stock, covering flange sizes from 12” to 43”. |

For your packing extraction and repacking needs, PSI has the experience and the equipment to pull even the most stubborn packing from its packing gland.
Using 20,00psi water, our extraction machine works like a giant “water pick”, loosening hardened packing, and softening it up so that our technicians can then pull it out. Since we use a wet extraction, even asbestos packing can be safely removed, and new packing installed.
Our personnels' experience is just what you need, especially with the new, low emissions packing required by today’s EPA standards. |
