 Machined from solid stainless stock,
our injection valves are a key for Rocky Mountain PSI. We have a selection of
sizes that allow us to use the right injection valve for your
application. Specialty, or high-pressure injection valves are
also available upon request. Theses valves come in stainless
or carbon steel. Sizes are 1/16" NPT, 1/8" NPT or 1/4"
NPT. We use NPT threads for maximum thread engagement.

 From 1/2" up to 1-1/2",
these rings are installed underneath a bolt on flanges to gain
access to the stud bore for injecting our sealants. Each stud
is loosened up one at a time, and then the injection ring is
slid down onto the flange. The nut is then replaced and tightened
back up. Finally, the injection valve is installed on the injection
ring so the sealant can be injected through the studbore and
into the failing gasket area. No drilling is necessary. The injection
ring allows for a smooth sealant flow, as well as being easy
to remove when the equipment is repaired on a shutdown.
Inexpensive and very effective, our hardened
steel injection rings are the standard with which most flanges
and bonnets are repaired. Rocky Mountain PSI uses injection rings made of carbon
or stainless steel.

 We use Deacon® products. From
hydrocarbon to water to steam, and from 0 to 4000 pounds, these
sealants have it covered. The sealant here is CV-600, the cornerstone
for Rocky Mountain PSI on steam leaks. It has fibers built in to the sealant
for bridging, yet it flows smoothly to fill every nook and cranny.
When the minimum temperature is reached, it hardens to form a
new gasket around the failing gasket. #400 is a silicone type
sealant used for liquid leaks up to 400 degrees. Water, hot condensate,
hydraulic fluid - if it's liquid, #400 can stop it. We mix it
with various fibers to build up as much or as little bulk as
needed to stop the leak. This extremely versatile sealant dries
to a semi-hard rubber.
